These are unprecedented times and our Drivers and Staff have maintained operational through this crisis, ensuring our customers are able to get to work, to hospital appointments or pick up essential supplies in a safe and efficient way.

Having worked with the NHS for over 20 years we are have become accustomed to the Quality standards needed to fulfil this service. We continue to adhere to our strict Infection Control procedures outlined below.

As a CQC regulated taxi company our infection control procedures are embedded in our day-to-day operation as standard. Our drivers are trained to an extremely high standard and our vehicles are cleaned with NHS grade cleaning solution adhering to EN14476.


  • Our Drivers are committed to maintaining quality standards in Infection Control and are trained to follow best practice from the Department of Health and the World Health Organisation. 

  • Our Drivers are equipped with NHS grade PPE including surgical masks and gloves.

  • Drivers follow vital hand hygiene and cough/sneeze etiquette and guidelines.


  • All of our vehicles are wiped down after each trip using an appropriate cleaning solution.

  • Where bulkheads (partitions between Customer and Driver) are not present in the vehicle, these have been fitted as a temporary measure throughout the crisis to maintain social distancing.

  • Vehicles are deep cleaned on a daily basis.

  • All vehicles are fitted with card machines to limit cash exchanges.
